For the Bi-metal bandsaw blades, the teeth are welded using cobalt-alloy with hardness reaching HRC69-70. M51 Tooth and Substrate jointing by laser after separately special spring steel heat treatment. Tooth's rigidity and Substrate's intension exert their use to the extreme. This saw is suitable for cutting Heat-resisting alloyLow-carbon stee\Medium carbon steel, High-carbon steel and Non-ferrous metal. Which results in cost saving and improves cutting efficiency.
Besides, We are currently highlighting our meat-cutting division, with the use of Japan's and Switzerland's Stainless Steel SK4, tolerance milling, the teeth of our blade saws are strengthened and meat scraps in the cutting process can consequently avoided. Additionally, the world class technique of precise milling and UHF tooth quenching are employed in the process, producing saw blades with superior hardness and sharpness. They are suitable to use in processing plants of meat, fish, poultry, and the cutting of frozen fresh meat in supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
